Johan, for street I would go (max) 28-29R/21-22F, have the Bilsteins re-valved for them, sport bushings (or polybronze and monoballs if you really want to tighten her up) and keep the stock sways....

I had my car aligned/corner balanced with 1/2 tank, my weight in the drivers seat, and my 12qt coolsuit cooler full of water. I also use Mobil1 20W-50 and Castrol SRF.. ;)

Sums it right up, a professional Porsche shop will not usually give you "choices" on what to fix, only on upgrades. If not 100% in spec, it gets replaced, period.
