Maybe I missed it but a 2.0L is not a 'big four'.

If that is the case, either of the factory D-Jet/LJet FI systems can be made to work, the D-Jet is out of the box and would be the least expensive.

I agree with Mike, its a ~$500 car as it is shown. I see the parts of an L-jet FI system, which would be correct for a stock 1974 914 with a 1.8L engine...its not D-jet and the 1.8L engine is not...

Those are the 3 wires for a fog lite switch that you may not have, which were an option in 1972. The wiring is in the harness should you choose to add them.

Please indicate the year of your 914, 1970-71 and 1972-76 have different connections.

With the later cars, its easier to just remove the switch assembly from the column.
