When I did mine, I had to use air at about 12 psi into the reservoir to get the flow to start.
If that does not work try pushing the clutch paddle down (gently !) to the floor.

I used this hard line. It comes un-bent so you have to bend it yourself, but the size 6mm and the flare nut M12 X 1 fit the master and the connect point next to the fire wall.
