My mistake. I re-read the add and it was not a "body off" paint. Just the car being "completely taken apart" for and prior to the paint job. We'll probably never know what it sold for.

Interesting topic. I think most all of us find that the fuel pump fuse gets pretty hot due to poor design and higher gauge (thinner) wire causing too much resistance as the pumps pull their amps...
