The metal piece wasn't stuck to the drain plug, which I removed before the sump plate. I just found it in the oil catch basin after I'd removed the sump plate, so I don't know for sure if it came...

The cylinders, pistons and heads look really good.

And I agree, the zinc colored spring plates will look great.
