Good call Len. The jiggler ones last forever. I was going through the other pumps at least annually when I was motorcycle racing. The leaded oxygenated fuels just destroy them.

If you can get the brass jiggler syphon, they work the absolute best. I've used the transfer pumps before and the seals tend to go on them and you wind up getting fuel squirting out of the plunger.

You may have too high of dynamic compression with that little overlap.
