No floor heat whats up???

Can't figure it out heat works great but don't have any floor heat where can I look for a fix or needs to be fixed , control unit seems to work at least the slide does.

carbon canister busted

Just taking a look around the car and notice the carbon canister is cracked, I have been having some idling problems can any one tell me if this can effect it? also does any body got a used one...
