I did one axle on my 87 carrera this year as well...

I did one axle on my 87 carrera this year as well and re-booted both sides. Had to have it pressed off though. **** would not come out with a hammer.

Honestly it was not that much heavier than the one that came out. I was shocked what little difference there was. I'm pulling the electric AC system so I needed to bump it up a bit.
