AC blows cold but blows on my feet when accelerating?

The air blows cold out the upper vents at cruise or stop, but when I accelerate it drops to my feet. Has anyone else had this problem? What's the cure?

Sounds like rear calipers

The screen in the tank was corroded with 30 years of rust and slime. Washed it up, blew it out, and no more power loss. Thanks guys.
