I wouldn't worry about it. If it keeps you awake at night, then turn up the idle speed to 1100 without the A/C.

My A/C no workie, and I run my idle at 950 to 1000.

They will run on one pump, but sluggish, and depending on which relay is out will or will not affect the AAR and idle. Always the first thing to check and takes just a second to pull the relays one...
