'04 Engine, Transmission and Driveshaft For Sale-$750

Bought a year ago when I didn't know how badly I'd damaged my original engine from oil-starving and "soft-seizing" it. Garaged the whole time.

I did not need this engine as I rebuilt my original. It has not been cannibalized for anything and is in the exact condition in which I received it and still on its pallet.

Bought on eBay from an Oregon vendor who is still active and selling many parts large and small.

They could not tell me the mileage of the wrecked donor bike. From condition of finish on cases appears not super low but rather moderate mileage, but can't be specific.

Took off a valve cover and residual oil inside was the color of honey.

Engine turns over easily jumpstarting, or by turning with wrench on crankshaft end bolt. Did not want to turn it much as no oil shows in sightglass. I can put oil into engine, turn over several times then check compression on request.

Has old and inferior 17mm Left Timing Chain Tensioner, but has snazzy improved oil filler cap, starter external jumpstart kit and cylinder head guards.

Engine # is 112EC 4003 6211. If you can determine from BMW Motorrad what bike serial# this corresponds to you might be able to trace history and mileage. I have tried a few dealers for this info and was met with shrugged shoulders, Idunno and indifference.

Will be shipped freight on your dime, FOB Woodinville, WA 98072. Will be securely palleted and shrinkwrapped, total weight ~250 lbs. A couple hundred bucks I would guess.

Another bump, in which I will pick up the whole freight.
AFAIK this was a working motor when it came out of a wreck. I get good compression on it.
I would really like the pallet's worth of garage footprint back.
