Drivers side lower dash panel removal

Hello All

I am looking for assistance regarding the removal of the drivers side lower dash panels. I am trying to gain access to the front BCM, and trying to remove an aftermarket alarm system that was installed by the previous owner

This is a generally straightforward job, but it requires care to avoid breaking the plastic clips.
