Repainting a 944 Question

I have an 86 944 in Guards Red that needs attention. The cars finish is partially lacquer and partially the original enamel. The car stays outside and the two different paints have weathered significantly different. The enamel is much duller and even a claybar doesn't make it match the lacquer. The lacquer sections are glossy and have some peeling around the edges, too. It could be there is a partial clear coat.

I would appreciate some advise on what to ask a shop for to get the car looking a single color. I can do some prep work but would need to leave the priming and painting to the pros. I am not looking to make a show car out of it, just to make it look decent.

Thanks
