964 Crankshaft Pulley Bolt - Torque Spec?
I need the torque tightening spec for the big bolt that attaches the 964 crankshaft pulley to the crankshaft. Would someone with a 964 manual please look it up and post or email to me.
Thanks Mifintifin (Dave Valliere) |

Well, my little spec book says"Belt pulley to crankshaft M14x1.25 235Nm(173ft/lb). So if by crankshaft pulley you mean belt pulley then this is it. if you mean fly wheel than 90Nm(60ft/lb)

That's the right one - you will need a BIG torque wrench for that one. I don't think the earlier cars are that much!
