Bob, I finally found my "H" style hub. It was in my grandfather's basement in a boot. not sure why.

Do you still need this?

Looks pretty easy to make one of those. Any machine shop could do it with some dimensions.

Bob - Did you ever find an early non-collapsable Momo hub? I was going through some boxes and I found this one - let me knwo if interested.
