73? 911 T Project For Sale

Looking to sell my project and get on to another one. I believe it is a 73 911T, but I can't remember. Its been a project car since 1988 or so, and has been sitting. Was working on getting the engine together, but ran out of time. Has rebuilt heads, rings replaced and needs to have the valves all adjusted and seals finished and I think it is ready to go. Comes with 1 good set of carbs and 2 cores.(all Zeniths) Comes with mufflers and excellent heat exchangers, a pair of near perfect seats from a 90?. Gas tank cleaned out and re-painted. Tranny should be good. Body in ok shape, but has some rust in many places. Some underbody rust, but no cancer that I can recall. Car was last used as a track car, but have no history of that. Needs plenty of work, but not an impossible project.

If some of you can give me a rough idea of what this is worth, or at least worth to some of you, I can decide if I am taking too much of a loss trying to sell it whole, or if the parts would be better, or if I should just keep it for a few more years and try again later.

Well, here are a few pics of the car before we got started. Biggest thing different is that some of the rust has been fixed, and the drivers fenders is off, engine out, etc. It does have an aftermarket sunroof in it as well.
