Car Info:
1976 3.0 European, 911 S sunroof coupe. This is a type 930/04 3.0 liter engine. This is a CIS car, there are no carburators on it. I incorrectly wrote it as such in the title and cant figure out how to edit that. This car was taken apart to the frame and repainted and gone through at Otto’s in Venice. The body was striped, painted and rebuilt from the bushings up, all rubber was replaced, all hoses, anything that had excessive wear, usage was replaced. Cars original color is yellow, it had been painted white when we received it, we stripped the paint down and it was repainted avus blue and fitted with a later year model whale tail. The clutch, sport trans with external cooler and Euro molly 3.0 motor with s cams were all built by Otto's Porsche in Venice Beach, Ca where the car has been serviced and maintained there ever since. The car has approximately 15,000 miles of driving around California since the restoration and then was properly garaged for about a year. I am now moving to a very wet climate and just do not have the heart to bring this rust free California car to Portland and ruin it, so I am letting it go. The mileage since the restoration was done over the period of approximately 2 years as it was not a daily driver, purely for leisure use so the motor still has the fresh and lively feeling of a new engine. Some other details off the top of my head would be 8,front 9s rear Fuch rims, SMART racing products rear, externally adjustable spring plates, extra thick torsion bars, all poly-graphite bushings, Racing seat, 6 point cage, 5 point harness (drivers side only), factory sport exhaust, Carrera oversized oil cooler in front right with air scoop, alpine stereo with Boston speakers and much more that I cant remember at the moment but an appointment to meet at Otto’s to inspect the car can be made for serious inquiries. This is a beautiful, rust free California car with over $50,000 invested, asking $18,000 Due to my move to Portland, I have left the car with Otto to handle the inspection, you can contact me at 911s@umf.net if interested and we can set up a time to meet with Otto to take a look at the vehicle. Looking at the above pictures I realized that I didn't mention that the interior is stripped in a couple points during the roll cage attachment, I had planned to get a custom interior done as a finishing touch but a downturn in finances prohibited that from happening. All of the over 50k that has been invested into the car so far is in the car restoration, new motor and rebuilt driveline, suspension/bushings exterior paint etc, etc, interior wise its just the performance stuff like the cage, seat and harness for the driver and the Momo wheel and shifter knob thats upgraded inside, rest is stock.
