Philly area meet?

I posted this in the Reginal forum, but not too many views. I was just wondering if anybody would want to get a gathering together around the Philly area? Just feeling this out for now to see how many people would want to go. I left a note on a 944S today, and there are 2 other 944's in my neighborhood, and 2 930's that are near me too. Let me if your interested and lets get rolling! I am thinking late August?? But let me know what you think?

Plan- Meet at the Base, get some coffe/breakfast/lunch, see the car show (vice versa pending on what we feel like doing when we meet). Go for a little drive after?
I am meeting pheonix_iii near the Willow Grove turnpike at the Home Depot at 7:30AM if anyone was interested.

Heh, I'd want some help diagnosing my climate control (85.5+) if it's not fixed by then, heh! =)


Going through clarks garage now, but I think I know the problem, so if some one had an 85.5+ I could see what theirs does... =) Count me in I think.

Yeah, sure you can bring your girly along, I might even bring my little brother. I was thinking about the date today, and the weekend before Labor Day might not work for most (Aug 30-31) because of parties, beach, etc.... The weekend after Labor Day sounds good with me, anybody else have any problems with that? Lets us know if you can make it on the weekend after, or let us know some other dates that youthink would be best. NO RAINY WEEKENDS haha. Also, does anybody have any favorite roads or areas that would be a good run?

A guy in the 911 forum said this- The first weekend in September is the 356 East Coast Holiday. Might be a good time to get together and do a drive out to Lancaster and back for the concours event. I have heard they are going to have some very cool cars there this year.
I don't know, I think it sounds fun. I you guys wanna do that, then we should set up a meeting place somewhere.

the 356 East Coast holiday is on that weekend, the best right side 356 will be there. Saturday 6th the Concours will be held at Grimes Airfield, Bethel PA , home of the vintage aircraft musuem at the http://www.goldenageair.org/
