930 turbo Tail 78-89, excellent--SOLD
Excellent Guards Red 930 tail $400.
Was going to convert my 85 Carrera to turbo and realize I will probably not be doing so. Or, will just sell rubber lip for $250. All original paint. Mounts right on top of your existing deck lid. Also have a 930 J pipe $120 for sale that connects 3.2 heat exchangers to the turbo. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is what my car would have looked like with it on:

I would bet that if the spoiler mechanism is removed it would but I can not guarantee it. It covers a lot of the hood.
That reminds me of the RUF 90-94 RCT's. He also put the 930 tail on the 993's with his conversion. |

Several have asked about putting the tail on a C2/4. I do not know if this helps but RUF put a turbo Tail on the C2 & 993's.
![]() ![]() Still, I can not guarantee it. |

YES, it will fit your 77 911s but you WILL have to drill the mounting holes for the lower half of the spoiler shell. Its easy to locate and drill the holes. in my opinion Thats a great buy for a tail in that good of condition.

$400 is what I paid and I thought I was stealing it as I often see them for $600-$800 on ebay. I bought it as I was thinking of putting a turbo on my car. I was thinking of selling the 930 rubber and replace it with Carrera rubber for a lower profile look. Just do not think I will be getting around a turbo conversion so it is up for sale.
I belive it takes three bolts to mount it. Two go through the stock holes where the regular grill mounts. There is one that goes under the center of the back so one hole needs to be added there. I was thinking of using two sided tape. Thanks all. |

Seeing that you listed the rubber separately, would you sell the fibreglass base by itself?
Thanks,

Thank you but no. I would still sell the rubber seperatly but now prefer to sell as a package. If I sold the rubber I would probably keep the base.

Hi 911st,
That is a sweet tail you're selling. Why does it keep popping back up for sale? At that price it should have been gone the 1st time. Will it fit a 1979 911 SC Targa? Thanks. Finn |

It is.
I shaped last time it up knowing it was a great deal. I am not in the parts business so passing it along to someone else. No issues at all. If it dose not sell after my track weekend may put on ebay and see what she pulls but prefer a fellow Pelican to get it. |

Tail is still available.
At this time I think it is best to keep the tail together so I will probably not be selling the rubber separately. My interest in putting a Carrera rubber on the Turbo base has changed. I am surprised no one has snapped this up. I is first rate. I will pay to have it professional packaged and accept Paypal if the buyer will pick up the shipping. Thank you for your interest.
