Looks like he just mounted a big 12 volt fan over the engine to help cool it.

It is interesting! Maybe that's what he means by the "TURBO" name over the engine lid grill.

Yep, looks like a big honkin' radiator cooling fan screwed onto it. That thing will do absolutely no good in cooling that engine because it just spins already cool air around the top of the engine. In order to cool better you'd need to actually force air OVER the cooling surfaces of the engine, not the sheetmetal. Yeah, it might cool the tins, but then the air is warmed, and this air is pulled through the actual cooling fan and passed over the engine.

It isn't worth the energy it's using.

I like the picture of it with the cheap-o Wal-mart hubcaps. Why is that even on there, it doesn't match any of the other pics?
