You guys are killing me! Laura and I will be there (with our car, thank you!) the 22nd and 23rd with NCRC.

What organization is running the event on the 24th?

Have fun!

I shoulda run with NCRC instead - then I wouldn't have had to burn a work day!

Thom,

Sorry we bugged out without saying bye, but the RX7 blew a trani, and the 911 started to bog down below 4K rpm and surged over 4K rpm. Kind of took the fun out of the day. But still any day at the track is better than a day at work, unless of course you were driving a yellow cobra

No prob - thanks again for the instruction help ! He probably learned more about driving a 911 in those 20 minutes than he had in past several years!

Just got a meesage from a friend who knew the Cobra owner, sounds like Thunderhill down played the injury list. Thunderhill said it was a Concussion and a broken arm, however my buddy told me it also included, a broken hand, broken back, both collar bones broken, internal bleeding, and he thinks he lost an ear as well. He is in ICU but will survive. However it will be a long recovery.

Another reason to drive a full up race car when on the track....

hope he recovers fully.

Jack had posted a list of injuries that was more extensive than what the TH people had let on.

I had a hard time believing you could only get a broken arm and concussion from this:
