FS: Porsche 1987 944NA or partial trade for an S2

Hi to all, tasted the 944, liked it and now want more, an S2. So the 1987 944NA is for sale. It has 165K miles.

What has been done, by the previous owner.
Replaced head gasket and ground the valves, had the head presure checked for cracks none where found
Installed new timing belt and balance belt
Replaced all head related gaskets, and seals
Replaced the oil cooler seals and gaskets
Replaced the A/C belt and the P/S belt
New hood shocks
Battery was repalced
Bosch micro edge wiper blades
OEM spark plug wire set
K&N air filter
OEM fuel filter
Bosch spark plugs
Thermostat
Rebuilt the clutch slave cylinder
Repacked the front wheel bearings
Turned the brake rotors
New front struts
Flushed the cooling system
Castrol GTX 20/50 oil and Malhe filter
Flushed brake system Castrol GTX dot 4
Transaxle oil was replaced 80/90 I think it was Mobil
Stone guard kit
Replaced the rear hatch pins (new)
Recharged and converted A/C to R134a
Replaced 4 light bulbs

I have the reciepts for things like the clutch, shiffter boot, muffler,C/V joints,Alternator,master cylinder. I have the records back to 1998. I can see that the water pump was changed but have no paper work saying so.

Things that i did since i got the car
New slave and master clutch cylinders
Fixed the radiator leak
Weltmeister throttle cam (still have the OEM one)
FRWilk Chip (still have the OEM one)
Replaces the 15 Dials with 16s Design 90
Front bra
Pouch for sunroof

Driving impressions
The car is starting promptly, idles smoothly and shifts great.
Breaks are as effective as they have to be.
Handling shows no vibrations (just had the car aligned).
The throttle cam and chip changed the overall driving positively.

Body and interior condition
The paint is very clean, no rust, no dent.
The front seats show wear and the driver one has a tear in it.
The hatches - sunroof and cargo bay - work fine.
Heather control works as AC.

Price: 5200US$ - i am willing to go deliver the car after agreement and deposit, anywhere within 15 hours or so from Northern Vermont.
