Had some adjustments done. Wheel caps are now black, some neg camber in the rear to prevent rubbing. Hard to tell, but the trim around the wheel wells have now been removed. Thanks.

Thanks for all the interest. If anything, it was fun to talk to so many enthusiasts out there. I turned down the last 2 offers. And I've come to realize how much I still love her, so for now, I'm going to keep her around and enjoy the ride.

A good story - I mention the names here in pure honor and respect.

I got in contact with Vic Elford's wife a few months ago. I was buying some racing memorabilia. I told her at the time how much I admired Mr. Elford, being such the versatile racer, from rally to endurance. I told her I proudly named the car Vic-E in his honor. I bought a book he wrote (Porsche High-Performance Driving Handbook). To my great surprise, it came personally autographed. He told me to use what I can learn from this book to further enjoy my time with Vic-E. Good times, good memories I'll have to shake after the sale. I'm hoping to find a deserving new home for her.

I was thinking about my selling history up to now -
Lots of responses from my various ads and posts. Several lowish offers. One potential buyer came by for a spin - decided the car was too nice for the track. Two gentlemen overseas both sounded serious, but in the end both had trouble figuring out how to import the car considering the non-stock wheels and roll bar. A few unsuccessful others came by in person later, and the last fellow came for a drive and was unprepared for the fact that the car has no power brakes and was put off by the fact.

So there you go. I stand by the value, but perhaps not a good spell for the market. What else can I do except to hold onto her and wait for the right time and buyer?
