Ferrari owner's day Waterford Track

Vid's and pictures taken 09/16/06 at the Jack Cauley sponsored Waterford track day. We took a lot of pictures and then were reminded that this was by invitation only. So we hung out outside the fence and had a much better view. Besides, my lungs were already filling up with the heavy smell of Ferrari clutch while in the pits.

Sorry about the poor quality, good sound track though.

Pictures.....that silver Dino had the best sound on the track, followed by the dark silver convertible.

Nice to be able to take a day off in the middle of the week. Things are slow now, but just about to get crazy busy again starting next week. Take it while you can.

Love the black Maranello...I wonder if they'll ever be priced well enough for a commoner to own one?

Are you talking about the dark gray/silver one with mauve interior? Yes it was cool, and sounded the business on the track. There were several black 360 and the newer 430 spyders there and on the track. You can really see the P1 & P2 influence on the new F-430.

EDIT: Opps, you meant the front engined car? That's no 550 Maranello, that's the 612 Scaglietti.

Interior and detail shot.

I don't like heavy front engined cars myself, but could suffer with the likes of this.

COLOR: Metalic Black................pimping man.

My bad...and yes, I'll admit to liking the front engine Ferraris. Must be a holdover from my reading R&T in study hall back in the early 60's...front engined Italian cars with swoopy lines. Love' em!

The longer pipes on those old 1960's V-12's are audio car sex to the ears. No mid-engined car can sound like that.

Invest in an old Ferrari or a later model which has stopped dropping in value.

Thanks, I'll have more hovercraft videos soon. Just altered the lift air splitter ratio for more lift. It was bogging down in the water with the heavier skirt material.
