i got my carbon fiber hood and TRE light pod bump! just consider the (2) hella 4000 compact pencil beams and the (2) hella 4000 compact euro beams in conjunction w/my hella h-4's and hella 550's driving lights insurance against entering my TWILIGHT YEARS.

about 620 bucks unshipped. cheaper than painting my rock wammoed hood and i have a spare hood! LOL! have shop or you color sand with 1000 grit, then shoot clear coat over it. raw carbon fiber looks like raw carbon fiber wayyyyyyyyyy cool. also can be painted if desired. we feel with lights on front that reflection off of waxed hood could be problem, so we decided for now to just clear coat c/fiber. gt racing has them. uses all stock hardware and if im correct knocks off about 40 pounds from stock hood. ie. stock oem 52 lbs, c/fiber 12 lbs. ...........katzen bump

this is why you carry a fire extinguisher! this occurred despite halon being pulled and ABC being used. 12/5/87 in the deepest darkest depths of MEXICO! still took 2nd OVERALL IN STATE on points. had car not burned...........NUMERO UNO on points. we were good once.....................VERY GOOD! now im old and grouchy!
 only YOU CAN PREVENT RACE CAR FIRES! the first picture is LITERALLY THE LAST PICTURE EVER TAKEN OF THIS FINE EXAMPLE OF A RACECO FRAMED SCORE 1/2 1600 car in mexico. to top it off..........partner and myself(i owned car-he wrenched) were selling mine and buying a 33K dollar "turn-key" 2 seat MIRAGE-2 seater from HELL! needless to say that idea all went up in smoke!

Hey Islandman,
You don't happen to just have mounting brackets for 5 lbers for sale do you? I bought a halon unit 18 mos. ago w/o bracket and would like to get it mounted in the car. Thanks,

I'm not sure if all 5 lb extinguishers have the same dimensions, so the base on mine is 4.3" in diameter or 13.5" circumference. I would guess that's all that matters for mounting purposes, but I've been wrong before.... Thanks,
