1995 Iris Blue/Tan 993 high miles

I've decided to sell. I need a bigger vehicle and something to tow with so I am selling the 993. Here's the info on the car (sorry about the caps);

THIS IS A 1995 CARRERA WITH A HIGH MILEAGE. THE CAR IS IN GOOD CONDITION MECHANICALLY IN AND OUT. THE COLOR IS FACTORY IRIS BLUE WITH THE TAN INTERIOR.
THE CAR HAS 18 INCH 2002 5 SPOKE WHEELS AND HAS EIBACH SPORT SPRINGS AND PERFORMANCE CHIP. THE EXTERIOR IS IN DECENT CONDITION GIVEN THE MILES AND AT SOME POINT HAD A COMPLETE PAINT JOB REPORTEDLY BY A PORSCHE DEALER. CAR HAS FACTORY XENON LIGHTS.

THE CAR HAD ONLY ONE OWNER FOR THE FIRST 187,000. I HAVE ALL THE RECORDS AND SERVICES FROM DAY ONE. THE CAR HAS OVER $17,000 DOLLARS IN SCHEDULED SERVICE IN THE LAST 2-3 YEARS. I HAVE THE RECEIPTS.

NOW THE BAD

Sunroof is not working. The motor still moves it but it does not retract straight. Something in the track is probably broken. I did not have it fixed becasue I never use it anyway.
Paint is ok. It is probably a 20/20 car meaning it looks great at 20 miles per hour at 20 feet. The interior has held up well for the mileage.
There is a place coming out under the drivers' side rear quarter glass. The rear bumper cover has a tear where the prior owner obviously hooked something pulling into a driveway. The car sits LOW.
The passenger compartment fan makes a funny noise every once in awhile. I have a used fan/motor I will include with the car.
Tires are ok but the rears wont last terribly long. I usually only get about 6000 - 7500 before I look to get new anyway.

I currently have aftermarket pipes in place of the mufflers. I will include the mufflers with the car.

I would say the car is priced fairly given the mileage and condition. It would make a great start for a track car or something to drive daily. I drive the car everyday now. It is my only street car. I put 12000 miles on it since February. It uses about a quart every 2000 miles or so. I don't think I've ever added more than two quarts between oil changes. I did drive it to and through out one DE weekend and it performed quite nicely. I am sure that is the only track time on the car.

I will take pictures of anything on the car you request. I have all records thru when I bought it. I do my own oil changes and general maintenance and keep receipts. The prior owner had everything done at a NC Porsche dealer. At about 185,000 he dropped $4,500 on a clutch, rotors and pads along with other regularly scheduled maintenance.
