Naples Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club

We’re heading back into Naples this month to see what sort of classics are in the F1 Imports and Exotics shop. They always have some incredible cars around. I stopped by last week and there in the middle of the shop was a 12-cylinder Lincoln Zephyr being rebuilt. This is one of those cars you may only see once in your life. That’s just a normal day at F1 Imports and Exotics though.

I was working on the mailing list last week and noticed that if we were a real group we would be the largest car club in the Naples/Fort Myers area. We now have over 400 people on our mailing list and 93 people showed up last month at Autoquest. That’s pretty impressive.

If we were a real club though we would have to remember when all of this nonsense began. That’s way too hard. Then think about how much money I could make if we charged dues. Probably not too much though since most of you are so cheap you would just quit.

We have people drive down from Port Charlotte just to get a free donut. That’s the sort of group we are. Then again any number of us have left some substantial checks at various shops in this area. If it comes to cutting back on our food budget or cutting back on our car budget none of us would have to think about the choice very long.

Remember the best parking spaces in the front fill up fast. The good part is that parking is available in the rear and along the side of the building. The quicker you can park your car the more donuts you can eat.

You can get really good directions form the F1 Imports and Exotics website. They even have a Mapquest deal on the site. It’s also a pretty cool site and shows the sorts of cars the work on every day.
