Loose mount?
Hi All,
When recently getting my oil change and tires rotated, I was told that the crossbar that holds the engine up (mount?) needs to be replaced. This makes sense because as I drive around I hear a jiggling noise in the hood of the car and squeaking, as if something is loose (especially when I hit bumps). Is it called the engine mount? And how prevalent is it that i get it fixed ASAP? Money is tight. Thanks ALL! Pete |

Yes, this is the engine mount. You should be able to purchase the mount (here at Pelican), and then jack the car up on jack stands, raise the engine with the jack, and replace the mount...
