2.7t for our Passat.
Hi all, been working on a Audi S4 B5 2.7t Engine for our VW Passat B5. Have done all the seals, gaskets and belts, plus since the Car is Blue, i am painting the engine parts Orange. Gulf racing inspired. I will continue to post as I progress with this Swap.

Update
Timing all done as set, accessories belt and all covers are on. Right hand side cam cover exhaust manifold and turbo installed. exhaust manifold and turbo have been ceramic coated with vht paint.

1.8t removed from our Passat
Pulled the 1.8t out today. Next will be pressure washing the engine bay on tuesday.

Update
Update for my VW S4 Swap. ^_^ Oil cooler set and I made my Lines have been routed, Radiator and Condenser slaved in place for Oil cooler location. I will need to do a bit more moving on the lines, but they are pretty close to be set.

Update. Had an oil leak, fixed it. Now sorting out the no spark issue, Have Power, NEW crank sensor, Fuel, but for some reason the ECU is not sending power to the ICMs which are brand new. will keep you all posted.

New ECU will be in today! I have VDSC and my Vagcom on stand by, with battery charger and vital fluids! This car should be running today after I get off work

Back together
Sent the ECU is for testing, it tested good, but was throwing a code that I was not seeing for some reason. but she is all back together. awaiting the return of the ECU.
