Rebuilding a 1.8t
Hey all having fun rebuilding a 1.8T and doing some fun coating. In my engine builds I have found the rustolem X2 spray paint works surprisingly well on engine parts and deals very good with heat.
going for around 250 to 300hp in this engine ones done.

1.8t update
1.8t is coming along nicely. Ran into one issue, the timing chain tensioner is messed up. so the cams are locking. I have one on order. Other then that. engine is turning out great!

More progress on my 1.8t rebuild
This has been a lot of fun and will look great going back into our Passat. I will be running a full external oil cooler set up as well.

1.8t update
basically got the 1.8t at a done point. I am awaiting my Header, Cat, and Hot housing the come back from Jet hot. then Engine can be installed.

Good clean up accomplished
Got her all cleaned up. Next just waiting on the ECU to arrive. then can start her up!
