2013 VW CC won’t start, fuel issue??

So, my 2013 CC stalled out on the the other day and it was acting as though it was not getting any fuel.

Upon inspection, the low pressure fuel pump in the tank is working fine, plenty of fuel is getting to the front of the High Pressure Fuel Pump.

I want to check the pressure, but I cannot find the pressure relief valve anywhere.

Can someone help me out on this?

Again, 2013 VW CC with 2.0L TSI.

Thank you

Know anybody with VCDS? That should be a quick scan job to figure out why it won't start. You should also be able to run the fuel pumps from the software.
