Audi A6 -4.2Lv8 Front Suspension something broke what does this look like
Are these CV boots, or something else . . .
I haven't had time to check Bentley and compare pics . . A6 makes a rubbing / grinding noise when driven from a stop . . . This can't be good. And it's happened on BOTH sides of front axle.

Can't really tell from the pics, but it looks like a suspension mount of some kind. I can make out one of the front suspension links, but I can't really tell anything else. Sorry...
