01 bug towed in. acts like brakes are locked up
woman wants to sell this 01 vw bug so i havent driven it. it literally acts like brakes are locked up?? can feel the reverse engage and then into drive same thing...feel the car go into gear but acts like brakes are locked up. is this a trans issue? id like to buy it for my teen son and can buy it cheaply. any ideas? 706 392 2580 text me or pm here. thx mark
