Sideways Volkswagen Microbus Races at 24 Hours of LeMons
Watch this sideways Volkswagen Microbus take hot laps during a 24 Hours of LeMons race. It’s a 1976 Microbus shell designed and made by Speedycop is mounted on a 1988 Volkswagen Rabbit and equiped with a 1.8L GTI engine. It makes about 120HP and has an 8 second 0-60. Think it didn't last long? Think again, as it took 224 laps around a 2 mile road course.
