My doc says ignore bedtime. But get up at the same time and stay up. If fall asleep during the day and wake up in the middle of the night, try to go back to bed so you have at least an hour until normal wake up time.
Also found it helps to take some Co-Q10 during to day to keep from napping. And no TV early evening. The long commercial breaks will knock you out!
