Boge Shock Q's?

I bought this car about a year ago. Since then I've replaced Front lower control arm bushings and rear trailing arm bushings. I also did the 100K inspection and service. The car is in pretty good shape.

Now I need new shocks. The shocks on there now are black color - so I assume Boges. I don't believe they've ever been changed. The car has not been modified and I'd like to put stock shocks back on it. I see two types of Boge shocks on the web site.

What is the difference between Boge Sports and the standard Boge shocks? and which ones should I use with the sport suspension?

Sports shocks/struts will give you a stiffer ride.
