First of all, the short answer is - Ground Control lists double adjustable front coilover kits on their website. They dont list the struts alone. But if you call, they have options.
For about $699, they make, in house, strut housings similar to m030 (perchless), with a built in threaded sleeve, and insertable, then powder coated. They can also adjust length, droop, etc.
For about $1089 they can make housings for, and including, double adjustable koni inserts.
For reference on how the double adjusters are situated:
I posted this on my Facebook and I will copy here:
I don't usually do this but when good service is found, it's worth sharing.
I recently found a front strut in the 944 that no longer had rebound damping, and in short, there aren't a lot of options for me out there with the m030.
I have coilover sleeves, I had just bought camber plates, and I have springs. All I needed was a strut.
I found that Ground Control sells a full double adjustable Koni front coilover kit - but I didn't need the kit that came with everything I already had.
So I called them - I want to add that every time I call, a person answers first or second ring. I appreciate that a lot.
After a few questions about my arrangement, Jay at GC sends over an email estimate for making (they make them in-house) a housing with a single adjustable insertable Koni. Fair price. I then called and asked about the double adjustables, and he sends over an estimate for those. Fair price. That was yesterday.
Today I call and say let's go ahead with the doubles, and he says he has already gotten the process going yesterday, just in case, and they'll be made, powder coated, and hopefully sent out tomorrow. Wow. I expected a few week delay.
This isn't the first time I've called and had to ask questions about what I need, and they have always been fast, friendly, and helpful.
I'm super impressed - they have earned my continuing business. Thank you Ground Control.
