I have used obenaufs, griots, and leatherique. They are all good products. I had better success using leatherique on dried out tight leather in my targa. I had considered recovering the seats. I take the car seats out, apply It warm, and wrap the seats in thick garbage bags. I then speed up the process cutting a small hole in the plastic and use a hair dryer to get more oil to absorb.

OP sounds like your seats are in pretty good shape. I would suggest obenaufs for a good conditioning. Don’t worry about it changing the color. The leather will temporarily look darker.
