About $500 in parts. Maybe less depending on how many are bent. An automotive machine shop would want to replace the guides too if they did the work. Might be able to keep it on the cheap if the guides are not worn too much. Depending on the milage and the contition of the valve seats you may be able to just lap the new valves in and for go the valve grind.

You will want to do the labor. Pull and reinstall the head. Not that difficult with the proper selection of tools.
