there are a couple options... you can do it yourself, the easiest option would be to find a black mirror in good shape, and just swap them out. the most difficult part of doing that is the wiring, since the connector for the mirror motors is large, and contained within the mirror body. the next best option is to find a good mirror in a different color, and have it painted.

in either option, you will probably want to take the actual mirror part out (there's a tutorial on here somewhere, possibly on clarks garage) and re-use it in the new mirror assembly, that way it will match the other side.

i doubt you would want to get an oem replacement mirror, as that will be extremely expensive, there's probably someone who has one in black they can sell you at a fair price
