Does the 930 WUR respond to vacuum as well as pressure?

The vehicle in question is my '79. I know that the WUR will drop control pressure to richen the mix when it sees boost pressure. Is it supposed to raise control pressure on vacuum? I know that some years of the NA cars would have higher CP on vac, then drop the CP in the absence of vac as a full-load enrichment feature.

I check my fuel pressures a while back and found them to be on spec. However, I did my warm CP test without the engine running (just had the bimetallic strip heated up).

I've been chasing an annoying part throttle stumble-miss issue, and it occurred to me that the WUR would be under vacuum at idle and part throttle conditions and would possibly be raising the CP vs. my earlier static test (which indicated a warm CP within spec). I re ran the test today with the engine running and had the same result as static (within spec).

I suppose I've answered my own question here, but can anyone confirm that this is how the 930 WUR is supposed to behave?
