DIY alignment

I installed a bump steer kit since the car is low and I was getting bump steer.

I also raised the rear about 1/2".

I raised the left front corner 1/2" since that side was lower. The car is less stable now of course.

The car pulls to the right now when driving and not braking.

The toe was out/positive quite a bit so I adjusted it in negative. The manual says to adjust the front toe to +15' which is strange since I thought you needed negative toe. Am I reading it wrong?

Also is there a good way to check this instead of a measuring tape? It is hard to get a good reading since you can only reach the lower part of the tires.

Could I have messed up the rear toe when raising the rear. I loosened the two large bolts in the middle of the swing arm to make the adjustment.
