My 2 cents. Just a quick analysis. Complete repaint w 27K miles is scary with no reasonable explanation. Baggy rear seats, arm rests on door panels sagging, may all be to sitting in the desert in the hot sun etc. Factory exhaust removed. Drooping left fog light why not adjust? or just not noticed ? Original radio replaced, front compartment metal looks faded , rusty and dingy behind the carpets, with many items in disarray/ poorly prepared and protected when repainted or from previous neglect and air compressor and plastic tire bag/gloves also not there. I'm sure a close inspection would reveal more problems with this car that is far from complete, perfect original. to justify this price unless the market has risen a lot, as I did present the following car to many ( experts) before I sold it.
In June of 2011 I sold a 19K mile silver w/ black leather sport seats 1979 930 with excellent all original paint. It only one small rock chip on the right headlight ring, never even buffed out since painted at the factory when built, in other words perfect, never in sun or bad weather and concours show perfect. All CA emissions intact and working, original floor mats removed and replaced so originals were never stepped on as they were removed at or shortly after predelivery. Get the idea it was a really near perfect original from an anal owner. Only other visible defect was front brakes had leaked some brake fluid ( minor discoloration on the clear coat ) and had left marks that would require the clear coat to be replaced on the polished part of the front wheels. It barely got near that amount with only 19K miles. I must sell cars way to cheaply when I decide to sell when I lose interest in keeping the car. I think this is a far lesser car than the one I had.
