Whoa ... Dont blame me if your insurance goes up... I did not say, reread...that i file a claim for a fake injury...i said i file a report. Never have i filed a false claim. The injury report and threat of a claim gives me something to negotiate with to get fair and just compensation for damage to my car. You need to re read what i posted. Not trying to take advantage of any situation. Not trying to get something i am not due. Not ripping anyone off. Just putting a few cards in my pocket that i can play if necessary. So before you go telling people to blame me, maybe you could take a moment and understand what is being said
