Tire size - need help
 

Hi, I have a 1977 narrow body that is having 930 11in flares fitted. It’s going to run 16 Fuchs on the rear. What is the best tire to fill the space, look/feel right and avalibke to buy?

16in tires are limited to 245 width I believe.

Just fitted my 12” rears that came from a 70s rsr track car and have 10mm elephant racing spacers from Pelican and Kuhmo ecsta 265/45r16s on them.
No issues with fittment so far and will be purchasing Pirelli P7 Corsa Classic 315/40r16s.
The fronts I have not decided on yet as I still need to re-lip the rims and this should allow something like Toyo TR1 Proxes 215/45r16s.

Just put 255 50 16 on 9” rears and 225s on 8” fronts, BFGs, on my 84 930.
