Control Pressure Chart for WUR-160......

A fellow Pelicanparts member just asked me today to take a look at his WUR-160 but my predicament is that I don’t have copy of the control chart for -160 (‘91/3.3 liter). While I have the charts for almost all WUR’s used in 911/930, I am missing -160/-164. Anyone willing to share a copy is much appreciated. And in return, I will rebuild a WUR for FREE in exchange of your assistance. Thanks.

Tony

So you have no experience or technical info on a critical component that operates an expensive engine and you hope to find someone too cheap to have the job done correctly with Bosch approved parts so you can undercut more of the CIS business. I've repaired some of your handywork. These aren't 911s. You screw up and pop one of these engines it's gonna cost.

Brian,

You are too insecure. There were posts in the Technical Forum that your customer/s posted and you did not response. The poster/s sent their WUR and FD to me for recalibration. One of them was Jeff Z. Why did you not acknowledge his post in the Technical Forum? And you sent me a nasty PM like above in the past.

The mechanic working on this turbo car called me and seeked help. I specifically told him that I don’t have the Fuel Control Chart for WUR-160 and have not actually rebuilt a WUR-160. So I asked the mechanic how he got my cell phone # which I seldom give to people. I use my house phone with answering machine.

The mechanic got my cell phone # from a satisfied customer and sent his WUR’s to me for evaluation. My success in rebuilding these CIS components has allowed me to let the prospective customers test and use my rebuilt units without any obligation to purchase. And I have hundreds of these people to confirm. One particular case was the other week. This well known Porsche mechanic from South Florida asked me to provide him a WUR-153 ASAP (within 48 hours). I tested my WUR-153’s and none passed the tests and advised to go to Larry Fletcher and he did.

If you are confident in your work, why don’t you offer people FREE use of your work before buying them? I have one return because the customer decided to go to EFI and the rest were not returned. So I am not complaining or jealous of about other people’s success. Grow up!

Tony

Nice try with the gaslighting, it won't work.
Sure you'll get business if you give it away, doesn't matter if the work is garbage if it's free.
If I was paying big bucks to a Porsche shop to fix my car and found out they sent a critical component to a non-Bosch certified backyard mechanic I'd be pretty pissed. Anyone can replace an O-ring with eBay kits and re-adjust a worn out part, that's not a rebuild.
