Problems getting parts from pelican?

I hope someone from our host is seeing this, I have been a long-time customer for about 30 years, and just bought my 14-year-old his first Porsche and we are planning to do a clutch job for fathers day weekend. I ordered some parts from our host on June 3rd with no issues, Three different orders were expected all to arrive by June 16th just in time for fathers day weekend. Exciting stuff.

I tried tracking my order by inputting the order ID on Pelicans online store, Three different orders and it wouldn't take. I haven't had any tracking or order updates emailed to me since June 3rd and it's now June 13th. I called customer service, The young lady tried her best to help. She seemed a little lost with the system. I finally spoke with a salesperson who said that she would help me and get my orders shipped out asap but I had to cancel one of the parts to make that happen. I don't feel confident that I will receive the parts by this weekend. Here's to hoping.

As an international customer, I find Pelican Parts to be one of the best places to get parts from as price wise and shipping speed, also their customer care is top notch. hopefully they will keep it that way.

Im also an international customer and Glenn of Pelican parts always took care of my parts need since 2008 .

All the major shippers are having issues in the last year I have had 3 shipments lost or delivered to the wrong place and have had issues getting my money back on a couple many shipments say out for delivery or delivered and show up the next day. They blame covid and they lost many reliable drivers/delivery people I put that on them for not trying to keep good people they certainly could have.

Unfortunately I can see that almost only in the US market. I have ordered numerous amount of parts for both my business and my personal projects from Europe (mainly UK, France, and Germany), not a single order has either been lost or even delayed, on the other hand I can count 3 orders and have a problem with the 4th one if I order something from US, I don't know whats going on in your nick of woods, but definitely things were not like that 10 years a go.
