Sorry Oheggen, I'm not much of a stickler for videos. When she's back together, I'll post some pulls during tuning for the new turbos.

A little slow-going on progress. But, She's wired and plumbed! Filled with Amsoil, but ran out of time to pressure test the fuel system. Will pressurize next weekend and light her up.
I will need to fabricate a new headlight linkage as the new fuel tank interferes with the current headlight linkage. No big deal, just something extra I didn't think would be a problem. Need to finish fairing the gas flap and re-shoot the front fender. I also will fabricate a new strut tower "X" brace for the front trunk. As well as run new A/C lines.

Yup! Built a aftermarket in dash unit. Figured if I'm gonna drive her in the summer at least have A/C and heat for the winter. Using the return engine oil for heat. Easy since the oil tank is up front.

Tippy, you kill me!! So lots of rain this weekend. But good progress. Still finding little things I want to address. But at least she is up and running. Took her around the block just to check clutch engagement and brakes after flushing the system out with new fluids.

It's a 100 liter aftermarket tank. Its built fairly well. Definetly lends itself to aide in high HP applications like the line of Aeromotive in tank fuel pumps. So far I'm digging this new setup, the pump is controlled by the TPS. So it runs at a low speed at idle and ramps up once the go pedal is down. My old setup was controlled buy a billet controller Aeromotive still sells for brush pumps. This pump is brushless with the controller built in and rated up to 1400HP. I feel the Aeromotive pumps are very reliable as the last fuel system with the brush Eliminator pump lasted 20+ years. The old pump still works it just needs new O rings. Automotive has a rebuild program for their pumps. $275.00 and they rebuild and update the pump. I could have stayed with the original setup but
I really like the factory mountd style tank with the pump inside. https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/90120101031.htm?pn=901-201-010-31-M350&bc=c

I have an Aeromotive pump from the mid-90’s I need to rebuild. It is good to probably 1000HP IIRC. It’s huge.

Here is the old setup, kinda hard to see the whole billet controller. But it was under the dash. It was a great place to put it as the colored LEDs on the front would let me know when the pump would ramp up to maximum speed. It worked really well to not overheat the pump at idle and slow speeds. They are big and pretty much use the same extrusion for the pump housings. The in tank pumps are still big but no fins on the outside. The new brushless pumps still use the same housings. These pumps are all designed for larger flow and high pressure. Newer pumps can support up to 4900HP using a single pump. They are available for all fuel types as well.
