Idle adjustment screw HACK
Some of you know me for my MacGyver (or perhaps Fred Flinstone) modifications on these machines. Here's one I've been wanting to do for a long time. I absolutely hate trying to fish a long screwdriver to the barely visible idle screw with my head crammed back along side the IC, for such a simple adjustment that's only needed once in a blue moon. No more blue moons again.
Simply removed the idle adjustment screw, drilled a hole parallel to it centered in the screwdriver slot, and press fit a stainless rod of around 16" long. Tuning made easier.

Nice. I was thinking of doing something similar with a length of hose fit over the idle screw. This is better.

Nice idea, but I just stick my hand around behind the IC to adjust mine, never needed a screwdriver.

Can't get my hand behind my larger IC. If I didn't have the boost recirc manifold as well, might be able to reach it better.

Yeah, I figured that was the issue. I still have half bay Kokeln so pretty easy to get back there. Can't image trying to find the screw slot with a screwdriver...Good idea though.
