Reducing stock boost
I want to reduce the boost threshold for the stock wastegate; looking for .6 bar for my 3.2 project. Any one know where I can get a replacement spring? Who makes the stock WG?
Thanks, Ben

Hello Ben!
You are mixing up the synonims. Boost treshold is the point where the engine starts to make positive intake pressure. That point (around 2600 RPM) won't change if you fit weaker spring. It will just make less boost when it comes on boil. Stock wastegate is made by Porsche and is somewhat pricey. There are lot's of aftermarket wastegates (Tial etc.) that can be fitted and have different springs to choose from. I suggest selling stock 0.7 wastegate to someone who needs one and buying aftermarket one.
